AI assistants: they suggest, they don't decide

The AI assistants exist to tidy what people write and to remind them of what they might miss. None of them approves, changes scores or closes records; applying any suggestion requires a person to press a button.
What do they do?
- Spelling and wording: turns voice-typed text into readable text.
- Similar records: shows whether the same topic was solved before.
- Root-cause and action suggestions: the team evaluates them.
- Weekly summary: lists highlights for managers.
Data and security
The company can switch AI on or off and chooses which service is used. Personal information is masked in what is sent. Sentences with figures are compared with the source numbers; a sentence that doesn't match is dropped.
