Explicit Consent and Marketing Notice

This notice is separate from the Privacy Notice and covers only processing that relies on explicit consent. The “product news and company announcements” box on our forms is unticked by default; if you don't tick it, your request is handled exactly the same way.

What you consent to

• Receiving commercial electronic messages at your email address about product news, events and company announcements.
• Processing your name, email address and company name for this purpose.

How to withdraw

You can withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, with the one-click link at the bottom of every message or by writing to the email address at the top of this document. Withdrawal stops future messages; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

Marketing regulations

Commercial electronic messages are sent under Law No. 6563 and its regulation; where required, consent is recorded in the Message Management System (İYS).
