Committee and reward management: from meeting to decision

Records left to a committee land on the meeting agenda automatically. Members can read them before the meeting and decide on screen during it.

What happens in the meeting?

• Agenda: pending records with their calculated gains.
• Decision: accept, reject, request more information or route to another unit.
• Minutes: attendees and decisions are produced as a PDF.
• Bulk decision: similar records can be decided together.

Rewards and points are not the same

A committee reward is an entitlement granted under the company's reward policy and bound to a decision. Points and badges are a separate incentive used to make participation visible. Both are configured and reported separately.

Reward tiers, gain ranges and category multipliers are company settings; the calculation is shown line by line on screen.
