The most valuable safety data is the near miss reported before an accident. Reporting takes a few taps on a phone; a photo and location can be added.
From incident to action
- Incident record: type, place, person affected and first response.
- Investigation: root-cause work and witnesses.
- Actions: go to the central action list with evidence rules.
- Indicators: accident-free days and rates by hours worked.
Work permits
A permit request is opened for hot work, work at height or confined spaces. It cannot go to approval until the prerequisites defined by the company are ticked; the approval flow belongs to the company too.
PPE issues, periodic inspections and health surveillance records live in the same module; health data is protected by a separate permission.
