Every action born from an audit, risk, meeting or record lives in one list. Closing requires evidence, and the chain cannot be silently altered.

Actions are born scattered: audit findings, risk assessments, committee decisions, customer complaints. Kept in separate sheets, it gets lost who does what by when. The Actions screen shows them all in one place, sorted by due date.

Evidence to close

The company decides what evidence each action type needs: a photo, a document, a measurement or an approval. An action cannot be closed without it. Evidence is linked into a chain; changing it later leaves a trace in the record.
