Setup screen: steps from organisation to flows
Sample company · demo data

A new company starts empty: no units, roles, record types or flows. This is deliberate; the system fits your structure, not the other way round. Splitting the first 30 days into four weeks makes the work easier.

Week 1: organisation

Units, titles, roles and people are entered. People can be uploaded in bulk with the Excel template; faulty rows are listed before import.

Week 2: record type and form

Suggestion is chosen as the first type and the form is built with no more than three steps. A company that prefers to start from a ready-made pack can copy its types, flows and roles and adapt them.

Week 3: approval flow and testing

The flow is built and tested with sample records on the “try flow” screen. The unassigned work screen should be empty.

Week 4: pilot unit

  • Start with one unit; features can be switched on per unit.
  • Give employees a 15-minute introduction.
  • Watch the review time of the first records closely.
  • Fix the flow at the end of the pilot and roll it out.
