A few questions a day, each management layer at its own frequency. A way to see whether standards are really followed on the floor.

Kamishibai checks regularly, with short cards, whether a standard is being followed. Layers go to the floor at their own frequency: team leaders daily, area owners weekly, plant managers monthly, for example.

Cards and layers are company settings. In the field view the auditor opens the next card, answers and opens an action with a photo if needed. The board view shows every card's status by colour.
